This Privacy Policy has been prepared and implemented to protect your personal data and ensure that it is processed in accordance with applicable law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Polish Data Protection Regulation) – GDPR.

In such a situation, we will inform you immediately.

Right to restriction of personal data processing

You can request that we restrict the processing of your data to specific categories or purposes at any time. This primarily applies to data processing for marketing purposes. If you request data restriction, we will comply with your request, unless there is a legal basis for processing it to a broader extent. We will then inform you immediately.

Right to file a complaint about data processing with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office

If you believe that your data is being processed in violation of applicable law, you can file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office at the office's address.

Right to data portability (within our technical capabilities)

You can request that we share your data with other entities in a structured format. This applies only to the data we hold. In such a case, we will endeavor to transfer the data, in accordance with your request, to the entity you indicated, which will also become the Data Controller.
